Sign your child up for a hands on introduction to street art with a two hour workshop laying out and painting a mural with two Sunshine Coast based artists.
Participants will work on the beginning stages of a mural,approximately 7m x 4m in size, led by artists David Houghton and Alison Mooney. Children must be over 10yo. Drop your child off to be led through technical skills including scaling a design, laying out the sketch on the wall and painting the first layers.
This workshop is part of a the The Boring Walls/Lanes with Art program, co-funded through the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Noosa Council to support regional Queensland arts and culture; Noosa Junction business owners and the Noosa Junction Association.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
is an artist based in Noosa, and represented by commercial gallery, 19Karen on the Gold Coast. With a focus on movement and colour, Alison's practice invites the imagination in to translate her abstract designs. She's had works featured in Street Art Festivals and is held in private collections across Australia and in Vienna, Japan, New Zealand, USA, and PNG.
